We are pleased to offer shipping services across India. Currently, international shipping is unavailable; however, we look forward to expanding our services to global destinations in the future. 

 

Order Processing Time 

 

After placing an order, our team strives to process it within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order details along with estimated delivery timelines. 

 

Estimated Delivery Timelines 

 

Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 8 business days, depending on your location. We understand the importance of timely shipments and work diligently with our logistics partners to ensure prompt and reliable delivery of your order. 

 

Failed Delivery Attempts 

 

If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, our delivery partner will attempt delivery two additional times. If all attempts are unsuccessful, the order will be returned to us. You may request re-delivery, which will be subject to an additional shipping fee. 

 

Handling Damaged or Lost Shipments 

 

We take extra precautions to ensure your orders are securely packed and safely delivered. However, if you receive a damaged product, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours and provide photographic evidence of the damage. In the event of a lost shipment, we will coordinate with the courier service to investigate the issue and offer either a replacement or a refund, based on the resolution provided by the shipping partner. 

 

Special Delivery Conditions 

 

Certain products, including large furniture, fragile items, or high-value goods, may require special handling or have unique shipping conditions. Any specific delivery details or special requirements will be clearly mentioned on the respective product pages for your convenience.
